Account Creation

Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the platform. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Our Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EZSportsRP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or included software.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
Subscription Fees
Some features of our platform require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide notice of any fee changes, and such changes will apply to subsequent billing cycles. Continued use of the service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period.
Availability
We strive to provide reliable and continuous access to our platform. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the platform without notice or liability.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZSPORTSRP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EZSportsRP operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
